    Background

    Doug is a consistent top sales associate with multiple sales and performance awards, spanning many years.  He has achieved real estate's President’s Circle award, Leading Edge Society and Honor Society honoring exemplary transaction levels recording a continuing level of yearly multi-million dollar sales.

     

    He followed a path designed to increase his efficiency by completing the County Properties Graduate Series which enhanced his ability to work with residential, investment, resort and retreat properties that must conform to strict county guidelines.  Doug recently was awarded the SFR designation by the National Association of Realtors.

     

    He is most proud of his selection, by his peers, as Vice President in 2000 and then President in 2001 of BAREIS (Bay Area Information Services) for the greater Western Sonoma County area.

     

    Personal

    Though Doug Bohling was born in Hastings, Nebraska, he grew up in California and had his first taste of real estate success in the Sherman Oaks office of Jon Douglas Co., a prestigious real estate firm based in Beverly Hills, CA.

     

    It wasn’t long before he combined his love of real estate and his passion for the wine country by moving to Sonoma County.  Upon arrival he joined a small West County office that recognized his skills, and he was named manager of the Forestville and Cazadero offices for that company.   He was then recruited by the Prudential California real estate firm and was there for many years and  recognized as one of the top 6% of their sales force nationwide.

     

    Doug is currently pleased and excited to be a member of Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty.

     

     

    LOU ROSENBERGER

    Lou Rosenberger has been a restaurateur, hotelier, importer and retailer.  He is a lifestyle enthusiast and real estate professional with Artisan Sotheby's International Realty, who closely follows the market along the California North Coast. He is frequently out and about, sometimes in the saddle of his motorcycle and otherwise with his dogs riding shotgun in his pickup truck, scouting the back roads.

     

    Lou doesn’t believe that you just buy a property, but instead he will encourage people to create your dream lifestyle … a bespoke experience. He is adept at introducing discriminating buyers to extraordinary properties on the California North  Coast from Bodega Bay to Mendocino, and beyond.
