    There are many factors, including market research, to assist in determining Opinion of Value. Our Comparative Market Analysis considers a variety of metrics including both recent transfers, active listings, as well as economic housing market conditions. Ultimately the selling price will be determined not only by comparable properties but how buyers view your property to establish its 'worth'.

    After listing your property, working with you to prepare the property for sale and arranging appropriate staging, I choose from a short list of the best real estate photographers in Northern California.

     

    These images are the calling card for your property and allow us to tell the story of your property to other agents and potential buyers.

     

    I will ensure that you have the highest quality and most compelling photographs so that your brochure, dedicated listing website, all other online listings and any print advertisements are eye-catching, vibrant and enticing.

    I maintain a regular presence in widely-read regional and national gloss magazines with either ads dedicated specifically to one or more of my own listings or by participating in the premium placement cooperative ads placed by Artisan Sotheby's International Realty, which is often the extremely desirable back cover.

     

    I employ the following regional publications:  Homes and Land of the North Bay, NorthBay Biz Magazine, The Real Estate Reader (Wine Country), Real Estate Times (San Francisco),  Real Estate Magazine (Mendocino) and others as appropriate.

     

    The distribution of these publications is broad.  My primary goal is to compel a prospective buyer to visit your dedicated listing website to take the virtual tour and watch the HD video tour.

     

    Each property and scenario is unique.  Depending upon many factors - including price, target audience, type of hospitality property, time of year and more - I will have professionally created advertisements placed in the appropriate publications.

One of my recent success stories was serving as the buyer's agent for the former Glenelly Inn in the town of Glen Ellen in Sonoma County.
